How long does this course take?

- Pre course assignment and e-Learning modules - approx. 4 hours

- Live discussion webinar session - approx. 1 hour to be completed prior to assessment. Dates and times for this live webinar session will be sent via email after commencing the course content and prior to completion of assessment. 

- Assessment - 90 minute time limit (must be completed in one session) 

Online refresher is only available to persons with a current Transitional Facility Operator training certificate. 

This e-learning course outlines the role and responsibilities of a Transitional Facility Operator (TF-Operator) and the requirements of Standard for Transitional Facilities for General Uncleared Risk Goods (TFGEN). 

All Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) approved transitional facilities must have an approved TF-Operator who maintains overall responsibility for biosecurity activities at their site.

This course is only part of the process for approval as a MPI TF-Operator and attendees will need to complete the process required by MPI as outlined on their website.

You can complete the e-Learning modules in a single day or spread it over multiple sessions.
